　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Be fully dedicated to maintain plastics compounding line,especially focus on the equipment running smoothly.

　　負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)塑料生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)設(shè)備，尤其需要確保設(shè)備運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定

　　Execute work order to maintain equipment.

　　依據(jù)工作單對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行維護(hù)工作

　　Be responsible for on line trouble shooting.

　　生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)設(shè)備故障處理

　　Be responsible for equipment inspection and record related information and fix the problem soon.

　　負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的巡檢，并記錄相關(guān)的信息，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，及時(shí)處理

　　Update and implement PM(preventive maintennance)working.

　　更新和執(zhí)行設(shè)備預(yù)防性維護(hù)工作

　　Comply with EHS and ensure contractor team safety during maintenance work.

　　絕對(duì)遵守工廠(chǎng)安全政策，并在工作中確保承包商的安全

　　Qualifications Required:

　　Diploma degree in mechanical engineering,or ralated major

　　大專(zhuān)學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或機(jī)電一體化相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)

　　2 years related working experience,preferred in chemical industrial

　　2年設(shè)備維護(hù)方面工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

　　Be familiar with general machinery,mechanical parts,pneumatic and hydraulic parts drawing.

　　熟悉通用機(jī)械零件，熟悉氣動(dòng)液壓零件

　　Understand Process and Instrument Diagram.

　　認(rèn)識(shí)生產(chǎn)流程P&ID圖

　　Be able to work independently under pressure.

　　獨(dú)立的工作能力

　　Solid safety consciousness.

　　極強(qiáng)的安全意識(shí)

　　Good team player,have passions on the work.

　　Basic English communication in reading and writing
