　　One day a boy was singing.Many people were listening to the boy because he was very well.But one of the guests said to the woman next to him,"It's really sounds bad!"

　　"Oh,"answered the woman,"Well he is my son."

　　"Oh,I'm sorry,"the man said,"well his voice is not bad,but the song is very bad.I wonder who wrote that awful song."

　　"I did."said the woman.

　　guest[ɡɛst]：客人

　　next to：緊挨著

　　awful['ɔfl]：糟糕的

　　有個(gè)男孩在唱歌，許多人都在圍著他聽，因?yàn)樗么_實(shí)非常好聽。其中一個(gè)觀眾跟他旁邊的女士說：“唱的真難聽啊!對(duì)吧!”

　　“嗯”那位女士回答他，“這是我兒子。”

　　“啊，對(duì)不起!”這位觀眾趕緊說，“他的聲音還是不錯(cuò)的，就是這首歌寫的太爛了，我想知道誰寫得這么爛的歌。”

　　“是我寫的。”這位女士說。
